Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least one full calendar day before your scheduled recording.

Requests made the day before or the day of your session are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy exists because studio time is limited and preparations are made in advance of your recording.

Example: If your appointment is on Wednesday at any time, you must cancel or reschedule by the end of Monday. Once Tuesday begins, changes can no longer be made.

If you've invited a guest and they cancel, you can still use your reserved time productively in a number of ways. Reach out to us and we'll help you make the most of your session.
